Orders & Delivery
Cartel Snow processes all orders between 9am and 5pm (AEST) Monday to Friday. Orders within Australia are processed within 48 hours and dispatched within 5 working days or usually faster unless otherwise specified. Delivery to other countries can take up to 20 working days. Once orders have been sent you will receive an email from a member of the Cartel Snow team confirming delivery. Should any details be incorrect you should notify Cartel Snow with any changes immediately.
All orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.
Our deliveries for Australian customers are sent via Australia Post and we provide a consignment or tracking number once your goods are dispatched so you can trace your parcel. Should you have any queries regarding a delivery please contact us directly at sales@cartelsnow.com and a customer service representative will assist you.
Standard Shipping 7-14 business days (Australia) Flat Rate $24.00 + $4.00 per extra item
Express Shipping 3-7 business days (Australia) Flat Rate $36.00 + $6.00 per extra item
Our international deliveries are sent via DHL Express Worldwide 10-20 business days $60.00 + $10.00 per extra item
New Zealand deliveries via DHL NZ- 5-20 business days $40.00 + $10.00 per extra item
Important information about delivery times
All delivery times are indications only (as provided by the individual delivery service),and indicate the time it would normally take for delivery once the goods are dispatched from Cartel Snow. You will be advised via email or phone of any substantial delays in shipment.
Due to photographic and screen limitations associated with the representation of products, some actual products (including, in particular, clothing, apparel and accessories) may differ to a small extent in visual appearance (for example in colour) from the way they appear on the Site. In addition, where it is suitable to do so, some depictions of products are created or chosen by us for promotional purposes, and may not be an exact representation of the products received.
